PvP and PvE spec with Artifacts

Hey guys ever since WOTLK i usually like to play afflic pvp and destro pve, but with artifact weapons i feel like this will not be possible or just really hard to keep up. Do you guys have any ideas that will let me keep this up?

First of all determine what is more important for you - PvE or PvP. Affliction should be OK for Mythic dungeons as well, but destro seems to be mandatory if going to progress mythic raids.
Upgrading both weapons to 13 points shouldn't be any struggle and after this poit you should have general idea if you want to focus on hardcore PvP (maining affli with destro lagging behind) or mythic raiding (with destro ahead).

Personally i had same dilemma with my warlock and i think being bit behind with affliction in PvP will have lesser impact on playstyle and performance than doing it with destro.

Obiviously if somebody has higher experience and better solution, i'd look forward to hear it.
