What the...transmog isn't server wide?

Since when was transmog not account wide with this new collection system? I just got Valorous Terrorblade gear on one rogue from Argent Dawn and can't equip it on my rogue on Ravencrest. Level is a restriction but I'm 84, above the level for Ulduar.

I have so many other transmog sets that weren't gotten on my main server. In fact I'm using an eyepatch I got on Argent Dawn on the Ravencrest rogue. Why couldn't I equip rogue tier on another rogue?

This is the answer.

Go on your Argent Dawn rogue and transmog your armour to look like the Valorous Terrorblade gear. That will remove your ability to refund / trade the gear, and it will become unlocked account-wide.

Yeah, as i noticed as well, you have to wait the 2 hours or so (or gem it, or put it in void storage, or mog it) until it's really soulbound.

Had a similar deal with looting Blackhand's mythic 1H agility sword on my death knight. I couldn't find the mog available on any of my other toons and was thinking it wouldn't work because it was an agility sword or something. Same deal as above - I was still in the window.
