Fast question about 1st leigon quest

As I know its a quest with dalaran's teleport to the broken islands. So where can I get it when legion will start? From khadgar in Dalaran above Karazhan or it will appear in my quest log automatically?

one of khadgars arcane servants appears and gives you the quest, then you just go to kara and blink away.

Do you folks know if the first two parts of the chain (Ulduar/Kara and Dalaran) will still be available when Legion goes live?

My understanding is that after launch, some Archivist will have them if you haven't seen the lore parts involved, but they won't be 'mainline' anymore...or I may have it wrong, and actually, you will get them on the first toon that tries them, and you won't on the others.

I guess I'll find out tonight, since my first toon into Legion has already been to Broken Shores, and Kara, and Ulduar, and is ready to move Dalaran.
