Optimal SV artifact path!

Hi!

Does anyone know of a proper path for upgrading the artifact weapon? (Survival)

Or, how are you planning to go about it?

Obviously there are 3 major traits after fury of the eagle to go for.

Talon Strike - Auto attacks has a chance to strike two extra times
Aspect of the Skylord - Aspect of the Eagle increase damage by 30%
Eagle's bite - Extra dot from harpoon, refreshed by auto attacks

With that in mind, what would be the optimal path?

Might be ok to toss in terms of engagement on the way to Skylord, just to speed up leveling/grinding with the resets.
