Human/Tauren 3 way

In Thunder Totem, in a hut at 63.5 59.6 there is a Human and two Taurens spooning on the ground. When you walk into the hut, the Human, Marcus, wakes up and leaves, saying "Well, that was certainly unexpected". If you use Handy Notes, there is a treasure chest in the hut. So it's obvious Blizzard intended for people to find this and see this.
