bad fps drops/screen hanging/music stopping/looping?

I've been having this issue for like 3-4 days now. The screen literally hangs for 1-2 secs, and sometimes the music hangs and keeps repeating the same note. I am on a high end pc.

Anyone knows the solution?

1. Check your add-ons to see if they are up to date. Disable all of them to see if that clears up the problem and then add them back to see if you can pin it down.

2. There have been some DDOS attacks which have been disruptive.

3. File a ticket with Blizzard if all else fails.

Not really very much information there to help determine what the problem is. For what it's worth I don't have a really high-end PC at all and things are fine.
