Shamanism PvP talent - most useless thing ever?

This is a PvP talent I have been REALLY looking for and now I am so frustrated at the way it works.. Or doesn't.

The tooltip states that Heroism is no longer affected by Sated..

But it just doesn't work. Whenever anyone uses Heroism/Time Warp etc in BG I'm locked out of my talented Heroism for 10 minutes. Is that intended? Is that how it worked in beta?

Welcome to Shaman, where you get an inferior version of the old charge as a talent choice that is still mandatory for enhancer because it's their only real gap closer. One that suffers from all the drawbacks charge used to have and now doesn't have anymore. With a higher CD.

Did you really expect shamanism to be any less bugged/different? Elemental lava burst damage is bugged in instanced PvP aswell.

Reading the description, it turns Bloodlust (and equivalent) into a different spell (short player&target CD), so other people using their original spell should not trigger the benefit.
