Globalization has slowed down a lot since early 2000s, a lot of countries are implementing measures to protect their domestic companies and make it harder for foreign companies to operate in the countries.

We are seeing a resurgence of nationalism and protectionism.

“Alabama is generally a safe place to travel, however precautions are needed when entering areas mainly populated by red necks."

Just as accurate considering how many red necks act around minorities (e.g. Chinese tourists)...you still good with it?

No because that's a false statement in general. There are no safe places in Alabama. Avoid at all cost.

In what universe is this happening? Distances are closer than ever now and economies keep on being global.

Birmingham and Huntsville are quite nice. Alabama gets a bad rap from assholes along the coast, kinda like New Jersey with people from the Shore.

You probably should have a look at the world, because it's happening.

You still failed to mention where. Cause in between industrialised nations, economy is still global and distances are reduced to nothing.
So once again, where exactly is this happening?

China is notorious to their racism towards anyone who is black... they're notorious for racism towards tan Chinese people.

Go back and read what I posted. I said it has slowed down, not that it has ceased to exist.

What planet are you on mate. we have never seen more of a rise against globalism in the last decade then we do now. Look no further than Brexit to see how far reaching modern anti globalist sentiment has become. Also the behaviors of many large corporations has begun once against shifting away from globalism.
    No we haven't at all.

nothing wrong with advising their citizens to avoid dangerous areas, though china isn't as PC as the west so of course they are going to say it how it is.

it would be better for them to name a few areas to avoid, as not everywhere high pakistani / indian / whatever population is dangerous.

Quality reply, way to address individual points. gg
Your whole post is based on false premises.
In reality, economy is MORE global and society is MORE global now than ever all across the western world. This is reality, and to be honest why would I discuss fantasy?

China, like many countries, can be somewhat racist at times.

if those areas are anything like the ghettos of america, it's just common sense.

if you would, you're either naive, stupid, or part of the problem of those areas.

The western world isn't. Which part of the world are you referring to?
