Suramar and world quests

Since this isnt a achievement question i didnt know where to post this so i post it here and i apologise for it since i didnt find a proper place for my question..

The question i got is..Is there a way to see/check somewhere if i have done all main storyline and sidequests i can atm for opening up more world quests? Since i wanna find all ways of getting reputation with them and atm i am like 40 rep away for getting honored..
Why i am asking is bc i feel i dont get many world quests in suramar and i heard u need to do quests that isnt in the main storyline to unlock more and i wanna find them if it is like that so i dont miss out on rep gained.

I have done 7/11 chapters and i dont think either i can do more until i hit honored..

Guide to side story lines for loremaster in Suramar. I can't remember if it's 7 or 8 before honored.

I don't know how to find the non-side quests that are short one offs. My experience has been most of those don't even reward rep...
