Caged Horror doing really low damage

I just got my hands on this ilvl 825 trinket, and according to the Disc guide thread it's supposed to be quite good.

The tooltip says it does 146,654 damage to all enemies in a line, but it's only doing about 28,000 for me on a single target, which is pretty poor.

Is anyone else sharing this experience?

It appears that Corrupted Starlight is also doing really low damage.

Pretty sure they nerfed dmg procs for Disc priests on trinkets. :P Due to it proccing atonement as well.

Well, i have the trinket and it workd as it should for shadow. But when you change specs it loses its output...
I do believe this is intented...Because they are DPS trinkets.
