When should i look for mythics and raiding guild?

I currently have 821ilvl , how much do i need to join mythics and also look for a raiding guild? two more questions , are raids out? if not then when they will add them? also are there enchants now? can i enchant my gear?

You can enchant neck cloak and rings. 821 is enough for mythics, but since everyone is geared now, people require usually at least 830. 1st raid comes out 19th day (I think). A raiding guild won't require much if you aim on heroic clear, since you get most likely trial time and still have 2 weeks to gear up.
