50 mins orb cd to long ?

so iv been wondering ever since the cd on these 10 orbs for the world boss quest is 50 mins ish
can they be reduced to 5 mins or 10 i find it ridicules to wait 50 mins for a shitty orb to get off cd with many other players camping it and sitting on top of it and putting shitty toys on it to block clicking
can you reduce the cd to abit more acceptable waiting time

Already a thread complaining about this. Blizzard already said they were "hotfixing" the orbs. World will keep spinning. Have a good day.
