New to Druid tank/heals this expac! WeakAuras help ? <3

I am completely new to WeakAuras - does anyone have any strings that they feel are useful to import as Guardian/Resto?

Im not even sure if that is the right question to be asking. Honestly, I would like an easy way to view my buffs and cooldowns as a bear and the duration of my HoTs as rest (horizontal bar preferred).

I appreciate any replies a ton <3
