Bang for the buck budget pc

    Hello MMO-C
Im looking to build my own computer. Ive never done it before but have been lurking yt and multiple websites concerning that matter and feel confident enough to do it

    Budget: 1350€
    Resolution: 1920x1080 steady 60+fps
Games / Settings Desired: League of Legends and WoW
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc): Photoshop / illustrator / inDesign
    Country: Denmark
Parts that can be reused: No
Do you need an OS? Yes
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? Yes, got nothing.

To save some of your own time i have compiled a list of what i would think would do the job. However, was wondering if i could save some money somewhere and maybe put it into something else. Simply looking for your 2 cents and advice before i pull the gun and send the order

    MOBO: asus z170 pro gaming
    CPU: i5 6600k
    CPU-C: Noctua nhu12s
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX500 V2
    Memory: corsair vengeance 16gb ddr4
GPU: EVGA gtx1060 3gb . That is a concious choise, since i dont expect that the 1060 is going to last more then 2 years. By that time i hope nvidea has launched their Volta-series and i have a bigger budget to spend on the computer.
    Storage 1: Samsung EVO 850 250gb
    Storage 2: Seagate HDD 1TB
    Case: NZXT H440 Black
    Monitor: ASUS VG248QE

I know that the i5 k model is a OC cpu and if i where to get, i would OC it lightly to 4ghz. Doesnt look too difficult.

    CPU: i5-6600K 1884 DK
    Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4 937 DK
Cooler: Cryorig H5 Ultimate 375 DK
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2400 2x8GB Kit 584 DK
Videocard: MSI GTX 1060 ARMOR OC 3GB 1811 DK
    SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB 678 DK
HDD: Seagate Desktop HDD ST1000DM003 1TB 383 DK

PSU: XFX XTR 550W 633 DK
    Monitor: ASUS MX279H 2083 DK

Comments on your build: Motherboard changed to make room for other parts, if the budget allowed I would take Z170-A over it; NH-N12S is not worth it's money, can go little cheaper here but it's not worth it; PSU is bad; Dont like single fan versions, replacement is dual fan and marginally more expensive; 8GB is suboptimal for your tasks, replacing for 16GB; Changing the case for lower price and retained functionality; You dont need 144Hz monitor for those games and also wont be able to get enough FPS to make use of 144Hz in WoW, on the other hand you could use IPS panel for picture editing.

Thanks for the feedback. Really like your setup. However, is it worth to save up a couple of extra bucks and buy the 6gb 1060 though?

The performance difference doesnt justify the price increase in my opinion and wont be of use when playing WoW or League.

unless youre overclocking you dont need a "k" cpu and you can use the stock heat sink/cooler
