not just pvp even PVE some healers refuse to take us to mythic because we are the only ones who get extra damage

People are OK because the health gained baseline offsets it, you can talent to offset it further if you want, and it works with the class fantasy. It wouldn't work for any others, with the exception of maybe Warlocks, who rather than taking extra damage have to actually intentionally do damage to themselves with Life Tap.

Outlaw rogue receives damage everytime we use Curse of the Dreadblades. Per finisher to be exact. Which is every other button press, which works out to be 40% ish health over 6-7 seconds, if the damage doesn't get offset.
