Working late so was hoping to sleep in. The workers across the street trying to drill into the mountain had another idea..

Aside from the rough start I made a frappé, played some legion, had a long shower and now going to make some food before leaving for work. Pretty good so far.

Well, had a great night sleep after a nice time with a pretty girl yesterday, got free starbucks this am. Pretty solid last 12 hours.

Well I've got a steady gf who knows how to cook so breakfast was good. She laughed at one of my jokes so she's not mad at me. It's starting to cool down a little which is nice. Did my morning chores. About to leave for work where I'll listen to the Imus show.

Every morning is pretty good. Don't have a lot of complaints these days.

Yesterday a customer told me to keep the change from a $5 bill for a $1 order so that money bought me a coffee and a doughnut from Tim Hortons. Also 1 day closer to getting position of my first house (I get it Monday).

Normally I wake up at 6:15 AM, but, since I went to bed late this night, I, for the first time in many weeks, woke up later: at 7:15 AM. Feels good to wake up with a bit of light in the room.

Yeah. It was still warm walking last night, but tolerable. I'm looking forward to dropping another 10-15 degrees.

Woke up at 6 am, looked out of the windows, and it was sunny outside with about 2 - 3 feet of dense fog on the ground trapped by the inversion layer. It was cool as hell. You could not even see the ground and the creek in our backyard, yet the sun was shining brightly through the windows.

Yeah it's amazing how much it can fluctuate on water, that's why I always weigh myself at the same time everyday, right before I get into the shower and just look at the average.

Yeah I weigh every day before the shower too. And daily fluctuations aren't important, but the trend line is.
