I think, also, speaking generally, Refugees tend to be the lower class of a population. The middle and upper class can actually legally "immigrate" to a different country, probably by plane. The brain drain began way before the crisis. Most of the educated Syrians probably just moved to a different country.

thats probably only the really good earning minority. their entire middle class probably could only afford the boat trip. I've seen interviews from self employed people who said their sold their businesses to get to europe. People with own local chains. These types of people + all poor people who sold their livers.

While not highly skilled, most of self made syrians could learn a god damn craft here.... But that's only possible if they also want all of this.

Right, but they are illegally here(there) now. So you need to figure out what you need to do. Letting the issue fester in a ghetto is not going to "fix" it. So either go full right wing and send them back, or actually be humanitarian and help them integrate. Not doing anything, and hoping the issue fixes itself is not working.

2/3 of Syrians are illiterate in their native tongue and they were among the smartest of middle east nations. Not only are many Mexicans illiterate in Spanish many don't even speak it despite it being Mexico's official language . We are getting the underclass of Mexico that never "integrated" with society that speaks "but not normally reads" Mixtic, Mayo, Zapotec, Chuj, & Totonac. Its not humanitarian to give illegals better things than we give veterans. Why are there white homeless children if White Privilege exists while we give so many hand outs to illegals?
