    Build request

Hi! Not sure about the rules here, but here it goes.

I've always built my computers, so my last one is still going strong, and I am out of loop on new products so that's why I'm asking for help here.

I have been asked to build 2 computers for my in-laws. (They can be the same computer)

The budget is 300-500$ per computer, I know it's pretty low, so I guess we need to go AMD. (I know nothing about AMD, that's another reason I need guidance)
    I'm from Canada.

    NOT NEEDED:
Mouse/Keyboard, Monitor, HDD, Disk Drive, OS

    NEEDED:
    Case
    Motherboard USB 3.0 Sata 3
    PSU
    Dedicated GPU
Memory 4-8GB (I assume 4 is enough for the budget, and they can always get more at a later date)
SSD (Debatable for the budget, but a small one might fit, if not then I need to replace their old HDD that would be used for storage)

They use their computer quite a lot, so they need something stable.
They currently play Aion, WoW and would like to be able to participate in the world events without lagging.
They would probably like to try/play many other free MMOs and maybe a shooter here and there.

    Thanks a lot!

Ok this calls for an i3-6100 but I couldnt fit it in. If you want to dabble in overclocking you can get a Pentium G3258 and potentially surpass i3-6100 performance with overclocking. AMD is not really an option with a dedicated GPU right now. 8GB memory is minimum. Also, you can get a 240GB SSD instead of a HDD, but 240GB might be low.
