Bigger Fish to Fry - Shared?

Hey guys

Does anyone know if the achievement "Bigger Fish to Fry" is shared between characters after completion?
Will i be able to fish up the quest for the Artifact Fishingpole in Legion on an alt?

You can do it on an alt after getting it on your main, yes. You have to fish the fish up all over again.
