Balance Emerald Nightmare Talents?

Hey, I'm not sure if this is on here somewhere already (I didn't see it) but this is a question for any boomies who were able to raid emerald nightmare a bit on beta. What talents are the best on which bosses? Mainly looking for which fights are best for FoE, or stellar flare, or just incarn+NB.

I genuinely can't see FoE getting much use in EN, from how I remember the fights at least. It also depends on difficulty (there's some adds in multiple fights that you're meant to burst AoE down in lower difficulties, but you're dead if you do that on mythic).
