I decided to stop killing unlooted rares except for world quests and disabled NPCScan + LegionRares.
Around the same time I started getting a loud flourish and gooden popup next to the minimap for any rare in range, along with reference to which achievement it's part of. MoveAnything says this is part of Blizzard's ui. How do I stop it??
Note: I am not talking about the dialog box and voiceover that comes up related to world quests, I like that.

Get rid of Blizzard's NPC toast?
Blizzard: Bosses now also have a chance to drop ponies! A pony makes your character better.
Players: AAARGH ponies are RNG!
Now it's even harder to be perfect. /unsub
They should just make ponies baseline.
