You take the helm and the ring and you shove them in your hyper lucky a....Ok seriously, the helm has higher theoretical dps but changes the rotation and is more punishing.

Out of curiosity, have you tried equipping both? cause the rings don't display "legion legendary (1)" while the rest do. I doubt you could but worth a shot!

As you're gonna end up using both, I'd recommend getting accostumed to the change in rotation the helm provides.

Sorry I was posting at 2am after raid lol. Pretty much what missfit said. The helm is the best for single target and it does alter your usual rotation a bit so it is a good idea to get used to it
