Mythic+ PBs not updating?

I ran HoV+4 last night and my group just barely missed the required time to beat it. We registered 45:40. I ran it with a different group this morning with a different keystone(my keystone) and we cleared it with 13 minutes left to spare. However, I look at the weekly best time and it hasn't updated.

Does anybody know why it won't update the time? Do I need to re do the other keystone that got depleted in order for it to update? Any information would help.

I have the same problem too and have yet to get any responses from a GM.

Same problem here. It is only showing the first run as personal best, not the actual best timed run of that difficulty.
