Problems with RC Loot Council

Is anyone else having issues with RC Loot Council? We have ppl who wont get the option to vote even though they should have it.
And sometimes the addon wont load for ppl in the raid when we begin to distribute the loot.
Is there an alternative addon for this?

Make sure the loot master's addon is set up correct and make sure everyone has auto pass turned off. You can also do a version check to see who actually has it enabled.
