For WW monk, costs 1 chi. Other 2 spec's it does not as they don't use chi.

Hmm perhaps I never noticed it when 7.0.3 came but I only noticed the 1 chi cost of RJW today but I was looking at it not long ago and the chi cost wasn't there. I can only assume that Blizzard really only want hit combo to be used in that talent tier.

Nah, there's an Artifact talent that makes BoK, RSK, and RJW increase your next FoF damage by 2%. Easier to get stacks if you have RJW talented.
