Prestige rewards account or character bound?

Title is pretty self-explanatory, I'm wondering if anyone has gotten enough prestige to try out the mounts/titles and see if they are account or character bound. Wowhead says they're account, but some sources have said they're character bound.

Mainly wondering if it's worth grinding for the Patron of War reward for my alts, or if it's just a huge waste of time.

Pet is obviously account wide and mount isn't. Banners aren't account wide either, no clue about the title, probably character bound.
