I believe somewhere along hte surumar quest line you'll get introduced to it. Just work towards your Nightfallen rep and questlines.

You will be lead into it as part of the Suramar quest lines. Not one of the side stories iirc, the main one, pretyt much unmissiable, can;t remembe rif it;s rep based but I dontthink so.
