Stormstrike tooltip error

Greetings!

So recently I've noticed, that Stormstrike's tooltip lies about the damage it deals. Only 75% of the damage is actually dealt, as it consists of:
Main-Hand Stormstrike (100%) and Off-Hand Stormstrike (50%).

The tooltip fails to reflect that fact and says to me that it will do 218536. After checking Combat Log I see that it dealt i see that:

Your Stormstrike hit Raider's Training Dummy 105641 Physical.
Your Stormstrike Off-Hand hit Raider's Training Dummy 47863 Physical

You are forgetting that Stormstrike is a Physical Damage attack (says so on what you posted) and is thus subjected to armor from the target you hit.

You are forgetting Armor reduction of ~30%.

218 536 * 0.7 = 152 975

Your dummy hits: 105 641 + 47 863 = 153 504

Ah ye, you're right. Forgot about exactly 75% damage reduction from armor
