Of course not. Arms is still way ahead. If anything, Fury just dropped to the bottom of the barrel, considering the other bottom tier DPS specs got major buffs.

Correction: one talent for that spec, any of the other Arms-variants without "Focused rage" did mediocre DPS at best, that's where the annoyance stems from, not the FR nerf (I don't think anybody was surprised by that), but the spec-wide "Exploit the weakness"-nerf, which according to recent sims hits non-FR arms harder than the actual outlier, which is FR arms...

It basically forced non-fr arms into deadly calm/AM. Not having CS as often for precise strikes and a no rage filler destroyed the other spec. Basically the only choice now is to take FR, or to take mortal combo. lose 40k dps for something you might find more enjoyable. bah.
