Where Protection Warriors getting to much Rage? A constructive Talk aboutthe Inc Nerf

I was very confused as to why the drop in rage gain is happening considering I find it hard to generate rage in the first place, maybe it's because I'm dumping every rage possible into IP when doing elite 3+ WQ content or that I'm specced into 5/5 rage increase. Whichever the case may be unless they buff the increase of SS and rev procs that happen, then I'm most likely going to be in for a shit time :/ (currently on holiday so I haven't experienced the recent rage gen nerfs)
