interrupt-rotation WA framework?

Anyone know a simple to use, ready-made framework for WA to use as a interrupt-rotation?

Should be simple enough so i can use it, i have no experience in LUA or anything, possible to add in names and the WA scans those names for interrupts and announces that the player used their interrupt and say the name for the next player in the list.

Is it possible in WA or does it require an addon for it to work?

you could try if this still works
or use this (works more out of the box but has other cooldowns included)

Details! can do that, after the boss encounter access the forge with '/details forge', search for the spell and click on the icon to create a weakaura, then select 'Spell Interrupt' on the trigger type.
