How good is the Mithril Wristwatch?

Anyone know if this is actually worth using? Literally haven't heard anything about it. Saw a tank get it, saw the crit and proc and was like hmm. Can't find anything on altered-time about it either. Seems pretty juicy, especially since I have legendary wrists now. We're doing H Cenarius and H Xavius tonight so I'm hesitant to use it, but it seems fairly good actually. Just wish it was like titanforged lol

the crit on it would be nice for fire, the proc seems pretty decent as well. worth using if the internal cooldown is too high

Tried it tonight. Only had 3 attempts total as we one shot H Xavius sadly so I didn't really get to mess with it too much. I feel like it has real potential if I can utilize it better though but I'm not sure it's worth the effort when you can just use lolroot, loltornadoes, or lolworm for free passive damage. Was nice being at like 65% crit though.
