Oh I know exactly what it involves.
I also refuse to believe that those buffs to arcane is going to result in a 110k dps increase.

It's a specific style that always were simmed pretty high, that is called NT Spam. It's a brokenly OP playstyle that will be eventually broken down by Blizzard, as it revolves around maintaining stacks of Quickening and spamming Nether Tempest to fish out Arcane Missiles procs.
