Did 5 pulls on Ursoc, seems doable but not being 850 geared makes the fight more difficult as mechanics are super easy.
Define debuffs not scaling down. 840+ Isn't even remotely good for heroic - remember that normal drops 850, and a rule of thumb with all this TF bullshit going on is that the next level of difficulty is tuned for what the previous one drops (so, 850 average).

    As for easiest, depends on your setup. Cenarius and Xavius are significantly more annoying than the five previous bosses, but it all comes down to general raid strength;

Ursoc is pure throughput with zero real mechanics. Got a lot of dps/healing, just smash him.
Dragons requires you to be smart about spreading/standing on flowers and not taking extra damage as it's a quite long fight that'll exhaust the healers. Probably the easiest of the lot.
Ilgynoth requires people to be good at prioritising targets and switching, and apart from that very strong snap healing (two hits in a row from the eye beam = dead if you're not topped), with minor dps checks (which can partly be carried by bloodlusting the start of the second P1). I'd go with second easiest here.
Spider boss is just all kinds of nope. One idiot puts slime too close to a web or tornado spawn, and you're in for a quick wipe. One tornado is too close to slime and you better hope it doesn't move, or you're getting pelted again. Likewise, running over the web with one person being able to kill an entire group by touching an egg = bad for most guilds that needs advice on which order to go on heroic.

So, in the end, IMO: Nythendra>Dragons>Ilgynoth>Elerethe>Cenarius>Xavius. Slot in Ursoc anywhere between the first 4 depending on your raids gear level.

8 minute enrage, 1660M health in 30 man. Assuming 6 healers, 2 tanks, that means 1660M for 22 dps. This comes out at 75.4M damage per dps over 8 minutes, which comes out at 157K dps per DPS player - or about 150K when adding in tanks.

For a 10 man HC group how many healers should you have? Is 2 enough or do you need 3 and maybe add a few more dps?

So much this. People expect to walk into heroic at 825-830 ilvl and just smash their way through it, but unless you're a world class player this isn't enough (and these players were probably 850+ the day raids opened) to just brute force your way through. Heroic is tuned around you have gear from normal, just like mythic is tuned around you having gear from heroic.

    Same thing applies to dungeons!

That being said, my guild found Il'gynoth and Nightmare Dragons to be the easiest ones and we're now starting to work on Ursoc, but we should have better luck after another normal clear and a few more heroic bosses for gear.

We found H-Nythendra very difficult with a 30 man comp. We're melee heavy, so the rots were a bit of a nightmare.

We cut down to 25, removing 5 melee DPS, and it was night-and-day different. If you're struggling on H-Nythendra with a large comp I would suggest cutting the lowest DPS melee to make the encounter easier. The fight is rather unfriendly to large raid sizes with big melee representation, at least until raid ilevel starts to improve.

This. First 4 are 1-shot easy. Spider might take a couple with cenarius being the hardest of the encounters.

NOTE: our raid avg ilvl 851 coming in. results may vary

    We did this order:
    1- Nyth
    2- Renferal
    3- Dragons
    4- Ursoc
    5- Il
    6- Cenarius
    7- Xavius.

Only renferal, Cenarius, and Xavius gave us problems in heroic. We did 30m for normal and heroic, Cenarius was definitely more difficult with 30 people.

Think we spent maybe 3 hours total in Heroic, and got through the first 5. Outside of the first boss (who is easy but also mandatory first one you do), none of them were stand outs in difficulty for us.

Personally, I thought both Ursoc and Dragons were the easiest in terms of mechanics and getting a group to understand what to do. Spider & Eye boss are a bit more messy, and if your raid isn't coordinated enough, will be slightly more work imo
