is there any addon that changes that circle under you targets feet? i feel its kinda hard to see.

yesterday i saw this UI used for a tournament on twitch and all Units had those circles under their feet, not just the target.
really like those circles, but this is an arena spectate UI. how do i get those circles when i actually play arena?
