Made one of these myself since it's recommended for Outlaw. I have to say I'm skeptical. It's accounting for 2.3% of my damage. Is this what it's supposed to be doing? Just doesn't seem right. Thanks for any help.

2.3% of your damage in an extended fight is a relevant contribution for just an enchant. What exactly are you expecting the enchant to provide?

Well, I hardly believe 550 crit/haste would have an output better than 2.3% of your DPS
