My PC constantly pesters me to update this Samsung Bluetooth thing and every fucking time I try to install it this happens for WEEKS. I tried on my own but I can't figure it out because no one else on the internet knows why.
It constantly says to "download a redistributable file or manually install if it keeps failing." What? I'm not good with this stuff so can I please have real help

well it is a samsung laptop and this came with it so i dont know what you mean ditch it.

What model laptop? What is the bluetooth device? Is it the internal or do you actually have something bluetooth connected?

There should be a number somewhere on the bottom like "NP-RF510-S01US" or "NP-365E5C-S02US"... it's longer and very specific. Possibly under the battery.
