Migrating Windows to an SSD

So, I finally got myself an SSD, is it possible to (easily)migrate (only)W10 onto the SSD? After a quick search I only found solutions that clone/copy the whole drive, and my SSD is only 250gigs and I have ~1,8 teras of shit on my old HDD.

There is no easy way, no. If you have Windows 10, your license comes over to the new drive just by logging into your Windows account. So all you would have to do is download and install the ISO image for Windows and sign in.
