No increased speed to mount after achievement in Legion!!! Bug?

Wondering if every one else arent getting the reward for completing the achievement "Broken isles pathfinder, part one", i completed it yesterday night but today i notice that i didnt have increase in speed to my mount like the achievement reward said. Still 100% mount speed. Bug??? please coment about it.

I get 120% mount speed with this achievement.
The only problem is that this speed bonus doesn't stack with other speed bonuses. Blizzard fixed it for Paladin and DK now, but the guild perk is still merged.
