[Help] WeakAuras Interrupt Lockout Duration

I am looking for some help in making a Weakauras icon to display successful interrupts on targets, by showing which interrupt was used (Kick, pummel, counterspell etc) and the duration of lockout.

I am currently using TellMeWhen for this, but I am trying to move completely to WA, and not have to use both addons at the same time as I believe it is redundant.

As you can see, I have one set up for both Target and Focus. The icon defaults to Wind Shear in config mode, but will display correctly for whatever interrupt is used, with a countdown timer displaying the lockout duration on successful interrupt.

I have tried a few different things, but none seem to work. It may not even be possible to do with WA, but any help is appreciated
