Relics ilvl Vs effect

I have feral druid and I have 2 life relics one is 845 (Increases damage dealt by Swipe by 7%) and the other is 835 (Increase damage dealt by Rip by 7%)
as you can see one is good in item level but has bad effect and the other is lower in item level but has good effect.

witch one will give me more damage in a boss fight in raid?

I did a phew tests in Ask Mr Robot site and he told me to use the second one, but still need your opinion please.

to compare relics

take the item level, then add up with the trait , then compare the final ilvl, use the highest one.

rip is worth 30 ilvl
rake is worth 20 ilvl
tiger's fury energy is worth 15 ilvl
berserk 5% is worth 10 ilvl
shred crit chance is worth 10 ilvl

everything else is worth 0 ilvl except for swipe in certain aoe situations, not recommended

use rip relics for feral in essentially all cases; the ilvl difference has to be massive to prefer such as swipe or other lackluster relics
