    Tennis? I have never been very good at sports. Playing them has not been particularly fun or enjoyable in of themselves.

    I enjoy watching Football (NFL), Baseball (MLB) and Basketball (NBA) though.

    I just dont understand what people see in watching sports. To me its no different from watching traffic or watching the grass grow. To each their own, I guess.

    As for sports for health reasons. Running, I guess.. I can sort of zone out and think my own thoughts while doing that.

    MMA and boxing. I like shooting too and some call that a sport but I've never felt like it was a sport.

    Basketball has to be it for me. I used to play for one of southern California's more elite high school sports schools and attempted to walk on at UCLA but never made the cut. A lot of other sports can be dominated by brute force or skill, but basketball generally has a more analytical approach. It's something that most viewers don't appreciate, though.

    Other than that, I've been active in a few combat sports. Not spectacular at them but humbly learning and loving them.

    To play: volleyball. I love the passion, emotion and raw agressiveness when its played the way its supposed to be played.

    I can watch pretty much everything in terms of sports in limited quantities. Just some sports requires special ocassions like this weekends Ryder Cup.

    I can watch volleyball all day, mens and womens. Womens is more drfensive with longer rallies, where the mens is pure agression and power. And no, not cute, I seen people get hit in the face so hard they've gotten concussions.
