Mage food macro

Is there a macro or addon that will:

-Use mage food (Conjured Mana Fritter)
-Use regular water if no mage food is available (Ley-Enriched Water)

I tried one that looked promising, but all it ended up doing is using BOTH the mage food and regular water, at once.
