I have both the Hunger of the Pack and Tempered Egg of Serpentrix trinkets. The legendary Thraxis's Treads increase RT dmg 20% of the speed bonus. My question is if the Hunger of the Pack trinket speed boost procs from Raid boss adds or not? I'm thinking that add heavy fights like Il'gynoth i can use HoP if the adds proc the speed boost. Thanks.
