Rank three : spirt cauldron?
It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shakes, the shakes become a warning.

At the risk of being shouted and taunted at by those who are still fishing for rank 3 flask, I would also like to know the answer to this.
Edit: I assume it's another rng thingie, of course. I'm hoping, if that's right, that it's easier though I'm probably laughably wrong.

I got lucky and unlocked rank three Starlight Rose and Flask of Ten Thousand Scars with little effort. Still took a LOT of flasks to get to 800. Then I just finished rank three Felwort (which lets you get seeds from all herb types) and was surprised to see rank two Spirt Cauldron drop... I had assumed it was RNG based. Because rank two was dropped, I wonder if rank three is as well.

Rank 2 is from Cenarius. Rank 3 is from rng making them. Took me around 15 crafts before I got rank 3 after getting rank 2.
Either RNG or the chance to get rank 3 is semi high compared to other crafts.

our cauldron crafter got it after less than 10 cauldrons so it has probably increased chance.

Btw what are the rank 3 effects ? Same as Flask/pot ? So you can potentially make 20 cauldron in one go ?

Rank 3 is from crafting Rank 2. Most people get rank 3 rather quickly.

I got mine fairly quickly... Sad for the person who's up to 35, that's miserable.
Edit: Somewhere between 10-15 cauldrons.

After 7.1 I spent around 600 blood of sargeras to boost up alchemy.
Fortunately. I got rank 3 in str flask.
But after making 7 more cauldron. 42 in total. Still no rank 3.
RNG plz
