Bloodtalons buff on PTR?

Bloodtalons increased from 40% to 50% according to front page. This seems incredibly odd given that feral probably has the least amount of parity in its tier 8 talents of any spec. We don't really need the st boost anyway.

The hotfix was only recently. They can't actually change strings in the client without a client patch.

It's a tooltip change because we're getting Regrowth instead of Healing Touch now.

So are you saying that the 40% to 50% was a mistake? Because ATM BT is a 40% buff, not a 50%

It was buffed to 50% in that massive tuning hotfix before pre patch.The tooltip has been wrong the entire time

Well the talent says 40% but the buff says 50%, talk about poor documentation.

They can't change it without a client patch. Just how it works.
