Windows 10 not recognizing printer USB

I have a Samsung ML 2160 printer and windows10 is not letting me install it because it doesnt recognize the printer's USB cable.

I tried installing it on a computer with win8 and it worked perfectly, same for win7.

Something related to windows 10 is not letting me.

Any ideas?
