Hate them both, but I'm British so I'll say tea.

I must be a real heathen then - you needed the option of Don't drink either......

Coffee all the way. I have found all forms of tea to be vile.

It's a question of which you prefer. If you don't like either, then you simply don't participate in the poll

    American here.

Hopelessly addicted to coffee, four cups this morning.

Energy drinks for midday coffee crashing, and tea for some late night relaxing and/or attempting to undo the 100% caffeine fueled frenzy preventing me from sleeping.

    Rinse, repeat.

    Canadian here:

Coffee in the traditional sense of hot from the pot, with nothing (black) or some cream/sugar/milk?
Nah, I'm not a fan. Hot beverages like that aren't my thing typically. Though I'll typically buy a Tim Horton's Ice Cap or French Vanilla (not sure how that counts as coffee, but I like it...) or a Starbucks Frap.

That being said, every night before bed I boil water and put it in a thermos with a tea bag (typically mint) and honey for morning. It's not scalding hot by that time but it's still warm.

    Voted Tea for those reasons.

I drink one cup of coffee and six cups of green tea a day. So both.

Americans shouldn't be allowed tea after Boston

Well, thanks to my tinnitus, my hours of staring at a screen all day, the stress of university, fairly inactive life style, and numerous other sugary/caffeinated beverages I didn't mention in addition to my regular, often excessive caffeine intake.

    Poorly. The answer is poorly.

It's a tea base, so yes. Even if there's a tiny bit of tea; just like how Starbucks frappacinos barely qualify as coffee, but they still qualify.

the younger generation all drink energy drinks or a mocalatte at starbucks (or whatever they sell). The thing with Coffee is you usually brew it at home. If you are not at home alot, I think the norm is to grab an energy drink on the way to work, because it is time efficient. Tea is usually pretty time efficient, although you can't really drink it in your car or on the go.

I probably drink more tea than coffee, so it's either PG Tips or bog standard Nescafe instant.

Gonna have to go with cappuccino...
It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shakes, the shakes become a warning.

Not to bash but it's really hard to find proper coffee outside Scandinavia. Serving bad coffee might even get the union to react as you need your daily fika at work to even function.

Used to drink atleast 1 litre coffee a day before but have switched to one cup in the morning and one in the afternoon rest of the time its tea, either green or black.
Freshly ground beans and either boiled (kokkaffe) or made in a presso machine/can.
Coffee should be black and your tea should be served as is. The quality of the beans/leaves should speak for themselves otherwise its just a waste of time and effort.

Stuck in paris for a few months the best thing outside finding some rare "proper" coffee shop was a double espresso. Hard times.
