[H - Shadowsong] Rise of Harambe 1/7 HC recruiting

Rise of Harambe 1/7 HC (Horde on Shadowsong EU) are now recruiting new members for Legion. We currently have a mixture of veteran and newer players but we’re always looking for fresh faces to bolster the team.

We have an active, friendly Teamspeak server which has people online at all times during the day and there’s always something going on in the guild, whether it be mythic+ dungeons, levelling and gearing alts, world quest spam etc. We have a laid back atmosphere when it comes to raiding but we also expect our raiders to be prepared and be on time, and to be able to listen to criticism and not take it too personal. Everyone makes mistakes, but what we’re looking for is people that learn from those mistakes and don’t make them again. So what we’re going for here is a progression driven raiding atmosphere but at the same time we like to laugh and mess with each other when dumb stuff happens.

Currently we’re still in the phase of gearing up some members, and as people join we expect having to gear them up as well. We try to clear normal every week on Thursday and keep Tuesday open for heroic progression. For now we’re using personal loot as we feel this is the best method to get people geared up ASAP. When we start seeing a decline in speed at which we gear up we will switch over to Master Loot. When this change goes through we will also be using RCLootCouncil. If you’re not familiar with this AddOn you can either look it up or contact one of the officers for more information about it.
When everyone is geared properly for heroic, we’ll go over to full-time heroic and mythic progression when the time is right.

What do we expect from you?
Since we’re looking to dive into Mythic this expansion we are looking for raiders who are willing to put in the effort and have some prior raiding experience. This means that you’ll try your best to gear up even outside of raids and always come fully prepared to raids (tactics/flasks/food etc).
Keeping in mind that we want to dive into heroic as soon as possible we’re looking for new recruits with a minimum item level of 845.
Teamspeak is our choice of voice communication and is a requirement for raiding. We encourage any future member to get on and join in whenever they can, as it definitely brings us closer together as a guild and allows us all to get to know each other better.

What are we looking for?
We are currently recruiting for all positions except tank:
Healers: Druid/Paladin
Ranged DPS: Open to all except hunters and shamans but will consider any class if you’re exceptional and stand out.
Melee DPS: Any class.
A DPS with tank as off-spec is highly appreciated.
