EU-Tarren Mill [H] <Iridium>7/7 hc & 1/7 Mythic need DPS!Highest prio on RANGE
Iridium was founded 1-13-2013, during Mist of Pandaria, with the intention to reach mythic high-end bosses within a tight 3 days per week schedule. We managed to clear SoO 10 and 25 man HC/mythic and were ranked highly on the server for 25 man guilds and among the top 3 day guilds on Tarren Mill. Iridium didnt raid much at all during WoD, however we will be back for legion, with the same work ethic looking to be one of the top 3 day guilds again. Our aim is to quickly progress to and through Mythic content in legion and will take the time that is left of WoD to build a roster capable of achieving great things.
What Iridium currently recruiting is:
★ We are currently looking for all classes and specs at the moment to expand our roster for Mythic in Legion. We are mainly looking for Range dps (Boomkin/Shadow priest is highest prio atm!!)
★Aside from the above, we will consider all exceptional applicants! Do not hesitate to apply if you think you know your class inside out and can really compete with our current guild members.
Listed below is what you can expect from Iridium community.
★ A strong leadership with wide raiding/guild leading experience throughout the years, with the majority of us been playing/raiding since Vanilla days.
★ Steady progression, Mythic mode is what counts for us, and will be Mythic raiding in Legion
★ The guild bank will offer you repairs, banquets during raids.
★ Players with a strong dedication towards our guild success, both in the social aspect, and in the raiding aspect!
★ A relaxing raiding atmosphere, yet a serious one. Laughing and toying during trash is alright, to an extent. But during progression we demand our players to concentrate on the task that they are given and play at a high personal skill level.
★ Iridium is a warm and friendly community for raiders and socials, helping out and advising one and other where we can.
What do Iridium expect from you as an individual player?
★ To have close to 100% raid attendence. If for any reason you cannot make the raid for whatever reason, please contact an officer or GM! (preferably in advance, so we can arrange a replacement).
★ That you know your class 100%, preferably in every spec as sometimes you could be required to play another spec.
★ That you are dedicated to the guild.
★ You always bring your best mindset during our raids, playing your A-game during the whole raid. We want quality over quantity in our raids.
★ You always strive to become better at the game. You always want to keep improving your skill-level and strive to evolve as a player . Your mindset is competitive, wanting to push new heroic/mythic bosses at all cost. You hunger for more progress.
★ You are ready for new mythic bosses and know tactics. You are mentally prepared for wipes.
★ You join the raid group with a positive raiding spirit, and you always trying to take the positives from any situation. During rough times you try to lift the raiding team up.
★ That you always behave in pugs and around other people because you are representing Iridium wherever you go.
★ We are using Loot council in Iridium to sort out loots. All of our raiders and trials need to have it installed to get loot.
